Japanese Grant for the Maritime Safety Capacity Building

On October 3, 2019 in Victoria, Ambassador TOMINAGA Makoto and Designated Minister Macsuzy Mondon signed on the Japanese grant of R 100 million, or 800 million Japanese Yen for the Maritime Safety Capacity Building.
