Seychelles National Day Celebrated at EXPO 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan

On 7 September 2025, the Seychelles National Day celebration was held at EXPO 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan. The Seychelles delegation, led by Mr. Jean-François Ferrari, Principal Minister and Minister for Fisheries and the Blue Economy, visited Japan for the occasion.
During the cerebration ceremony, remarks were delivered by Principal Minister Ferrari and Mr. FUJII Hisayuki, State Minister for Foreign Affairs of Japan. The event featured performances by a boys’ choir, including the singing of the national anthems of both countries, as well as a singer, a band, and traditional music and dance from Seychelles. It served as a meaningful opportunity for Japan to deepen its understanding of Seychelles.
